A servant never tries to go against his or her master and never says “Well...,” “Um...,” or “I will think about it” to his or her master. The servant just does what the master wants him or her to do. There is no discussion or argument.

A servant always lives a joyful life. He or she just feels pleasant and happy, neither worries nor is concerned in spite of his or her position. If one cannot feel happy doing God’s work, there is no doubt something is going wrong.

A servant is an expert when it comes to farming. His lumbering dexterity is truly outstanding. Each one of us, like the servant,should be an expert in praying, serving, studying, working, practicing God’s words and being a member of each one’s family.

A servant’s life is very simple. There are neither ornaments nor clothes chest in his or her room. It is so simple that the servant does not need to wear makeup or get trimmed.

A servant renders devoted service not only to his or her master but the master’s sons and daughters. We also should be devoted to God’s sons and daughters, that is, all soulsacross the world, not to mention being faithful to God himself. Exactly the same is applied when we are with those who are not believers.
